What I learned in the process was fascinating. We are surrounded with so much goodness. It is up to us to let it come into our lives or block it. Allowing the good to come in with your breath sounds so simple. This is what all babies do. Once we lose the ability to accept grace, though, it is not so easy to re-learn it. It requires consistent and patient practice.
