2. Look at it for few minutes and notice how it makes you feel.
3. Write down the thoughts and feelings that are coming to you while looking at the mandala.
4. Now click the mouse to see enlarged image, the title and the artist’s intention in creating the mandala.
5. Create a painting meditation session for yourself or skip this option.
